1. Who we are
AEQUARA is an AI intelligence platform that provides expert-grade tools for legal, financial, career, business, and life decisions. Our registered trademark is pending with the USPTO (Serial No. 99812898). Questions about this policy can be directed to hello@aequara.ai.
2. Information we collect
When you use AEQUARA, we may collect the following:
- Information you provide — text you enter into our tools (questions, documents, situations), email address if you create an account or subscribe, and payment details processed securely through Stripe (we never store card numbers).
- Usage data — which tools you use, session duration, feature interactions, and technical information such as browser type and IP address (used only for security and analytics).
- Device information — browser type, operating system, and referring URLs to understand how users find and navigate AEQUARA.
3. How we use your information
- To deliver and improve our AI tools and platform
- To process payments and manage your subscription
- To send service-related communications (receipts, security alerts, product updates)
- To detect and prevent fraud or abuse
- To comply with applicable legal obligations
We do not use your tool inputs to train AI models, and we do not sell your personal information to third parties. Full stop.
4. AI tool inputs and outputs
Text you enter into AEQUARA tools is transmitted to our AI processing infrastructure to generate your analysis. We treat tool inputs as confidential. We do not use your specific inputs to train AI models. Outputs generated by AEQUARA are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute legal, financial, or professional advice.
Certain tools carry additional legal disclosures — for example, tools covering immigration information are explicitly not legal representation, and credit education tools are not provided by a credit repair organization. These disclosures are shown on each relevant tool.
5. Data sharing
We share data only with:
- Service providers — infrastructure partners (Vercel, Supabase, Stripe, Anthropic) who process data on our behalf under appropriate data processing agreements
- Legal requirements — if required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of AEQUARA or its users
We never sell personal information.
6. Data retention
We retain account data for as long as your account is active plus a reasonable period thereafter for legal compliance. Tool session data is retained for a limited period to support your session history feature (Pro plan). You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing hello@aequara.ai.
7. Cookies and tracking
We use essential cookies required for authentication and security. We use analytics tools to understand aggregate usage patterns. We do not use tracking cookies for advertising purposes.
8. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
- Object to or restrict certain processing
- Data portability

9. Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted data transmission (TLS), secure authentication, and limited access controls. No system is perfectly secure. If you believe your security has been compromised, contact us immediately at hello@aequara.ai.
10. Children
AEQUARA is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it promptly.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated policy with a new effective date. For material changes, we will notify registered users by email. Continued use of AEQUARA after a policy update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
