HUBZ is where practitioners learn to ship AI as fiduciary instruments. Brier-tracked certification programs, methodology stewardship apprenticeships, and working-group sessions where the next generation of calibrated-AI craft transmits from named steward to named successor. Capability is the easy half; calibration is the part that gets taught here.

What HUBZ teaches

Brier-tracked certification

HUBZ certifications are not pass/fail credentials — they are calibration tracks. Practitioners log their predictions during the program; their Brier score and calibration histogram are the credential. A certified Aequara analyst has a public track record before they ever hold the title.

Methodology stewardship

The training that produces named stewards. 18-month program covering the seven principles, the indexation craft, the anti-issuer-pay firewall, the ritual of quarterly publication. Graduates are eligible for sub-index steward roles. Cohorts of ≤ 12.

Working-group apprenticeship

Direct apprenticeship with a sitting Aequara steward on a live sub-index family. The classical model: you learn by being in the room when the verdict is made. Apprentices are co-named on quarterly publications during their tenure.

Why HUBZ exists

Calibrated measurement is a craft, not a degree program.

The financial-data industry trains analysts the way pharma trains chemists — degree, certification, salary band. Calibrated measurement doesn't transmit that way. It transmits the way watchmaking transmits, the way classical violin transmits, the way the trial bar transmits: through named apprentices working alongside named masters on live work that has consequences. HUBZ rebuilds that transmission line.

HUBZ certifies the practitioners who staff NPX-100, build NEXUS, and steward CIPHER.

Every named steward in the Aequara system is a HUBZ graduate or an apprenticed peer. The academy is how the brand survives the founding generation. Methodology hash stability requires steward-pipeline stability — HUBZ is the pipeline.
